Prevention and Response Actions concerning the Coronavirus – COVID 19

Living in times of great uncertainty and turmoil, trying to navigate the unregistered territory due to COVID-19, many companies struggle with the ability to stay open, work remotely or close. At the present time, government directives, social, individual and corporate responsibility are leading to significant changes in one’s professional activity and daily life. The Multi P.E.C. – Technical Consultants wants to help you build a “new temporary normality” that we hope will be short.

Last week we announced that at Multi we are taking government directives very seriously and have taken strong actions and measures to limit the transmission of the virus. Responding to the sense of responsibility that we all have to present, we would like to inform our clients and our partners that our offices will remain closed but operational and all our employees will work remotely, until further notice.

This measure is part of a concerted effort to support social exclusion and reduce the spread of COVID-19 and is taken for the health and well-being of our entire community. The cooperation of all of us is very much appreciated.

Concerning the latest developments in the emergence of the new coronavirus, Multi P.E.C. – Technical Consultants is fully aligned with government decisions to ensure the health and safety of its employees, partners and clients. Our company imposes strong actions and measures to prevent the transmission of the virus as follows:

• Preventive disinfection of our office

• Daily cleaning at workspaces

• Intensive natural ventilation of the premises

• Intensive disinfection of the hands of our partners

• Informing our staff and customers about COVID 19.

From 16/03/2020 to 31/03/2020, we will also apply the following measures:

• Visits to our office only after scheduled appointments

• Telephone and electronic customer service from 9am to 5pm.

The aforementioned precautionary actions may be extended in time or adapted to the situation. We look forward to working together for the effective implementation of the above measures to safeguard public health.
